How to calculate false ceiling area using this calculator?

To calculate circle or oval shape false ceiling design layers,

1. Select Circle / Oval from the Layer Shape.
2. Select Box Type (closed sides) or Cove Lighting (rope light provision) from the Layer Type.
3. Enter the layer's Length and Width in their respective fields, then click the Calculate button.

To calculate square or rectangle shape false ceiling design layers,

1. Select Square / Rectangle from the Layer Shape.
2. Select Box Type (closed sides) or Cove Lighting (rope light provision) from the Layer Type.
3. Enter the layer's Length and Width in their respective fields, then click the Calculate button.

To calculate Outlined circle or oval shape false ceiling design layers,

1. Select Circle / Oval (Outlined) from the Layer Shape.
2. Select Box Type (closed sides) or Cove Lighting (rope light provision) from the Layer Type.
3. Enter the layer's Length and Width into the respective fields.
4. Enter the Bottom Width of the protruded portion in inches, then click the Calculate button.

To calculate Outlined square or rectangle shape false ceiling design layers,

1. Select Square / Rectangle (Outlined) from the Layer Shape.
2. Select Box Type (closed sides) or Cove Lighting (rope light provision) from the Layer Type.
3. Enter the layer's Length and Width into the respective fields.
4. Enter the Bottom Width of the protruded portion in inches, then click the Calculate button.

Important Note: If it is a combination of box and cove type layers, select the box type for the calculation, then manually add the inner verticals' length to the base quantity after the calculation.
